1、 Overview of Fluoroplastic Centrifugal Pump Description:
IHF typeFluoroplastic centrifugal pumps are designed and manufactured according to international standards and combined with non-metallic pump processes. The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with perfluoroalkoxy(F46)The pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and sintered as a whole. The shaft seal adopts advanced external corrugated pipe mechanical seal, and the static ring is selected99.9%Aluminum oxide ceramic (or silicon nitride), with PTFE filling material for the moving ring, has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. Actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
2、 Selection of mechanical seals for fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps:
IHFtypeThe fluoroplastic centrifugal pump adopts an external PTFE corrugated tube mechanical seal, which is characterized by compensating for the radial runout of the pump shaft, a single end face seal external installation, easy loading and unloading, intuitive working state, good corrosion and wear resistance sealing performance, and multi-layer protection, extending the service life of the mechanical seal; For conveying corrosive media containing impurity particles, a single end hard to hard (silicon carbide to silicon carbide) mechanical seal without cooling water can be used. For special corrosive media such as strong alkali and hydrofluoric acid, a pressureless sintered silicon carbide seal can be used; When selecting, users need to consider the solid content in the medium and the special corrosiveness of the medium.
3、 Fluoroplastic centrifugal pump usage:
IHFThe corrosion resistance and wear resistance of fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps have been proven in practical use and widely recognized by users. Currently, they are widely used in the transportation of corrosive media in chemical production, chlorine water wastewater treatment and acid addition process in ion membrane caustic soda projects (most of the pumps used in ion membrane caustic soda projects in China currently use our company's products), electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, acid washing process in automobile manufacturing, as well as many industries such as pharmaceuticals, petroleum, electricity, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food, textiles, etc-85℃~150℃Long term transportation of strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent, etc. under temperature conditions without damage is currently one of the popular pump equipment among users.
